Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from trytonelle.com, operated by Tonelle, [business address — to be added], hello@trytonelle.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.

Prices and offers

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is free to the UK. Promotional offers such as "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" apply to the bundle selected at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated.

Products

Tonelle is a cosmetic lip product. The colour that develops depends on your natural lip tone and chemistry, so results vary from person to person. Images are for illustration. Do not use if you are allergic to any listed ingredient; discontinue use if irritation occurs. The full ingredient list is shown on the product page.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. You may cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and our 90-day guarantee extends this.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Tonelle and may not be copied without permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, your local courts).
